END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

Red Bla

Effective: 1 April 2026

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE DOWNLOADING OR USING THIS SOFTWARE.

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“Licensee”, “you”, or “your”) and ITS A WRAP AB (“Licensor”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), located at Svanholmsvägen 11C, 182 75 Stocksund, Sweden, for the Red Bla mobile application and related services (the “Software”).

By downloading, installing, copying, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree, do not download, install, or use the Software.

1. Grant of License

1.1 License Grant. Subject to your compliance with this EULA, Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to:
(a) install and use one (1) copy of the Software on a single mobile device that you own or control (the “Device”); and

(b) access and use the Software solely for your personal or internal business use.

1.2 Restrictions. You will not, and will not permit others to:
(a) copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works of the Software;

(b) rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer rights to the Software;

(d) use the Software in violation of law or third-party rights; or

(e) circumvent technical restrictions or access controls.

1.3 Third-Party Materials. The Software may include third-party software, services, or content (“Third-Party Materials”). Your use is subject to separate terms provided with such materials.

2. Ownership

The Software, including all intellectual property rights, is and remains the exclusive property of Licensor and its licensors. This EULA grants no ownership rights. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

3. Updates

Licensor may provide updates or upgrades (“Updates”). Updates are subject to this EULA. Licensor may require Software updates for continued functionality.

4. Subscriptions

Certain features require paid subscriptions processed through your device platform. See Terms & Conditions for details.

5. Termination

5.1 Your Termination. You may terminate by uninstalling the Software and ceasing use.

5.2 Our Termination. We may terminate this EULA if you breach any terms. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the Software and uninstall it.

6. Disclaimers

AS IS BASIS. THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LICENSOR’S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS. LICENSOR IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

8. Export Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable export control laws.

9. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of Sweden. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Swedish courts, subject to mandatory consumer protections.

10. Entire Agreement

This EULA, together with the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement.
