These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Red Bla mobile application and related services (the “Service”) provided by ITS A WRAP AB (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), located at Svanholmsvägen 11C, 182 75 Stocksund, Sweden.

By downloading, installing, or using Red Bla, you agree to these Terms, our End User License Agreement (EULA), and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You confirm you are at least 18 years old. For organizational use, you have authority to bind the organization.

1. The Service

Red Bla offers messaging, content sharing, subscriptions, and location features.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, per applicable law.

2. License

Limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license for personal/internal business use on your owned/controlled device.

No ownership transfer.

3. Prohibited Use

Do not:

• Copy, sell, rent, or exploit commercially

• Reverse engineer or modify

• Remove notices

• Violate laws/rights

Violations may lead to suspension/termination.

4. Accounts

Maintain credential security. Provide accurate info. We may suspend false accounts.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid features use the device’s standard in-app purchase system.

• Auto-renewal unless cancelled in device settings

• Non-refundable except as required by law

• Free trials clearly disclosed

• Manage via device settings

6. User Content

You own your content. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license for Service operation/promotion.

You warrant rights to content.

7. Feedback

Feedback is ours to use freely, without compensation.

8. Third-Party Services

Not responsible for third-party content/terms (e.g., maps, payments).

9. Intellectual Property

Service owned by Company/licensors. No other rights granted.

10. Termination

Stop anytime. We may terminate for violations/risks. Delete app upon termination.

11. Disclaimers

“As is”/“as available.” No warranties, to law’s maximum.

12. Liability Limit

No indirect damages. Liability capped at 12 months’ fees paid. Law exclusions preserved.

13. Indemnity

You indemnify us for your use/content/breaches.

14. Changes

We notify material changes. Continued use = acceptance.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

Swedish law governs. Swedish courts have jurisdiction (consumer rights preserved).

Dispute Resolution: Binding arbitration under Swedish law, unless you opt out within 30 days.
